Our increasingly connected world remains governed by fragmented institutions that struggle to deal with the unwanted impacts of global environmental change. In such a fragmented and multi-actor context, mechanisms for rapid information sharing are vital.
Meeting existing and future climate change targets will require rapid social transformations that economics and technology alone cannot induce. We must also face up to the thorny question of human behavior. | ||||
